Responsibilities Related is seeking a dynamic and experienced Property Manager to join our team at Riverwalk Park! Location: Roosevelt Island (Queens) Building Information: Riverwalk Park is a 100 percent affordable, 21-story building in Roosevelt Island bringing 340 newly constructed apartments to New York City. Planned as an Enterprise Green Communities Certified building, Riverwalk Park is the first newly constructed affordable housing developed on Roosevelt Island. It is actually the eighth building developed by Related and Hudson in the Riverwalk neighborhood of Roosevelt Island: Riverwalk Park Core Responsibilities: Managing the overall day-to-day operations of the primary site as well as the oversight of regional sites Supervising building managers and staff Supervising day-to-day maintenance operations (safety, preventive maintenance, unit turnover) Ensuring compliance with regulatory agency building codes Managing relationships and addressing any issues that may arise with outside vendors, architects, engineers, industry professionals, tenants and internal colleagues Working with the staff to ensure all vacant units are up to code and ready for lease-ups and move-ins.
