Description
We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Property Manager based in Tampa, Florida. This role is within the real estate industry and primarily involves overseeing property management operations for commercial buildings.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee the management of the building ensuring smooth operations and tenant satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with all tenant leases and address any tenant requests or issues promptly.
• Coordinate with the third-party leasing company for lease reviews and approvals, subsequently forwarding them to the corporate office.
• Maintain regular communication with vendors and source new ones as required.
• Supervise tenant staff to ensure efficient operations.
• Work closely with general contractors for any construction projects within the buildings.
• Handle the approval of invoices in a timely and efficient manner.
• Oversee the coordination of all building maintenance tasks to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for tenants.
• Utilize property management software such as Yardi or similar tools for efficient management and record keeping.
• Maintain proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting.
The ideal candidate will have 7 years of commercial property management experience in their background. This is a permanent position that will pay up to $97,000 depending upon experience.

Requirements
• Possess a minimum of 7 years experience in the field of property management
• Demonstrated proficiency in Yardi property management software
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
• Strong knowledge of property management law and financial principles
• Proven ability to manage multiple properties effectively
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Demonstrated ability to resolve tenant issues effectively
• Proven track record of maintaining high occupancy rates
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to be on-call for emergencies
• Experience in preparing budgets and financial reports for properties
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to manage and lead a team of maintenance and administrative staff
• Proven track record of maintaining properties to a high standard of cleanliness and repair
