Property Manager
Description We are seeking a Property Manager to join our team in DALLAS, Texas. This role involves overseeing the operations of a commercial property, ensuring its effective functioning and financial stability. The Property Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with tenants, vendors, and stakeholders. Responsibilities: • Oversee the daily operations of the property, ensuring it is well-maintained and fully functional. • Implement preventative maintenance programs to ensure the longevity and efficiency of the building. • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including safety and environmental standards. • Manage lease agreements and negotiate renewals in collaboration with the leasing team. • Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing their concerns and maintaining high satisfaction levels. • Conduct regular tenant meetings and property inspections to foster positive relationships. • Develop and manage the property's operating budget, ensuring cost efficiency and meeting financial goals. • Oversee rent collection, accounts payable/receivable, and operating expenses. • Prepare financial reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis for senior management. • Identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth. • Negotiate and manage contracts with third-party vendors, ensuring quality service and compliance with agreements. • Review bids and proposals to secure cost-effective property management solutions. • Plan and oversee capital improvement projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with building standards. • Develop project timelines, budgets, and coordination plans with contractors and stakeholders. Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience operating in a Commercial Property Manager role or similar capacity • Demonstrated proficiency in Commercial Property Management • In-depth knowledge of Yardi Property Management software • Proven ability to negotiate with vendors effectively • Extensive experience in drafting and managing Lease Agreements • Familiarity with Maintenance Contracts and handling Maintenance Requests • Proficiency in Financial Reporting related to property management • Experience in preparation and management of Annual Operating Budgets • Demonstrated skills in Budget Administration • Strong aptitude for Budget Management Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
