Property Manager
Description Job Summary We are looking for an organized, proactive, and customer-focused Property Manager to oversee daily operations. The ideal candidate will ensure the properties are well-maintained, tenants are satisfied, and financial goals are met, all while fostering a positive community environment. Key Responsibilities + Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned properties, including maintenance, leasing, and tenant relations. + Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety, cleanliness, and aesthetic standards. + Manage tenant inquiries, complaints, and lease agreements with professionalism and efficiency. + Coordinate with maintenance teams and external vendors to address repairs and upkeep. + Prepare and manage property budgets, collect rent, and maintain accurate financial records. + Market vacant units, screen prospective tenants, and ensure high occupancy rates. + Enforce property rules and regulations in accordance with local, state, and federal laws. + Provide regular reports to property owners or management on performance metrics and operational updates. Requirements Qualifications + Experience in property management or a related field (e.g., real estate, hospitality). + Strong understanding of property maintenance, tenant laws, and financial management. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with tenants, staff, and vendors. + Proficiency in property management software (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite. + Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment. + High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field is a plus.
