Key Responsibilities: Operations & Maintenance: Oversee daily operations, coordinate with maintenance teams, and keep everything in top shape. Resident Experience: Build a strong sense of community by addressing resident needs, organizing events, and ensuring five-star service. Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, monitor expenses, and implement cost-effective solutions without compromising luxury standards. Team Leadership: Support, train, and guide your team to maintain a high-performance culture. Compliance & Safety: Stay ahead of regulations, conduct inspections, and implement safety protocols. Vendor & Contractor Management: Source and manage top-tier service providers to maintain quality and efficiency. Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field (preferred); Real Estate License may be required. Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, expense control, and financial reporting. Expertise in vendor/contractor management, compliance, and local housing regulations. Proficiency in property management software (e.g., Yardi, MRI, RealPage). Leadership, problem-solving, and customer service skills in a fast-paced environment.
