**About The Role:**
As a CBRE Property Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for performing complex marketing project management tasks and offering strategic content creation for materials marketing the commercial properties CBRE represents. This position is responsible for preparing creative briefs, marketing plans/timelines, and content for brochures, offering memorandums, email campaigns, social media marketing, property signage, websites and more.
This job is part of the General Marketing job function. They are responsible for the design, development, and execution of marketing programs that support the organization's products and services.
**What You'll Do:**
+ Develop and deliver marketing projects to drive leasing and sales for the properties CBRE represents in the New Jersey, Connecticut and Long Island markets. Projects include property brand development, brochures, offering memorandums, websites, signage and digital marketing campaigns.
+ Oversee projects from beginning to end including developing and sharing project ideas, soliciting feedback, and delivering quality results.
+ Work well with many viewpoints. This position works closely with the full Northeast marketing team, brokers, market leaders, clients and support staff, and will handle contending opinions and priorities.
+ Collaborate with Graphic Designers to produce deliverables and ensure quality control, ensuring artwork and copy are the accurate size, type, and style, to follow company branding guidelines.
+ Oversee project timelines, budgets and client expectations.
+ Lead meetings. Must be able to lead a productive meeting and explain project recommendations or viewpoints.
+ Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.
+ Impact the quality of own work and the work of others on the team.
+ Work primarily within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.

+ Bachelor's Degree preferred with 1-3 years of proven experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
+ Must be able to work in our Saddle Brook, New Jersey office location for the required minimum of three days per week, with flexibility to accommodate additional days as required by business needs.
+ Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical experience to apply appropriate judgment and precedents.
+ In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
+ Excellent communication, organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to internal clients.
