What you will be doing:
Management of term contractors (building, pest control, cleaning, plumbing & sanitary, carpark, etc.) to uphold the maintenance of the common area.Handling of feedbacks and complaints from building users.Liaising with contractors for building defects and ensure that the repair works are being carried out and updated Client upon the completion of the works and ensure that Client is satisfied with the job doneSupervision of term contractors and ensure that daily operations are going smoothlyEnsure that the vacant units are readily good for viewing for prospective tenantsPreparation of monthly reports for clientsEnsure all fault cases are promptly follow up and closed in the FEMSPrepare & check all the monthly service report that was done by the Term Contractor before submit to Manager for verification.Source for quotations and prepare cost estimates.Ensure all the M&E System are in operational condition and shall rectified & report to Manager of any abnormality.Review the proposal given by the contractor of any fault or defects highlighted after their servicing.Arrange meeting with Client, Term Contractor & Tenants (if required) for planning, of shutting down the system, and do site surveys, check for any impacts occur during the cause of work.Any other work assigned by SuperiorYou are:
A minimum of 1-2 years relevant experience, preferably in commercial or industrial real estate with facility management experience requiredMinimum with Diploma in real estate management or any other relevant disciplineAble to oversee contractors to maintain common areas and address building defects, ensuring client satisfaction with completed repairs.Able to source quotations, prepare cost estimates, and ensure M&E systems are operationalWhy join Cushman & Wakefield?
