Job Responsibilities:

Event Crowd Safety & Security
1) Plan, oversee and execute event security and deployment plans and crowd safety management plans for all events and venues in Singapore Sports Hubs, Kallang Tennis Hub and Kallang Football Hub.
2) Coordinate and plan incident and emergency response plans with the venue operations teams and venue hirers on local and international events.
3) Provide guidance and decision-making during events on security and crowd safety related matters, inclusive of VIP/VVIP management.
4) Escalate any operational issues/incidents from the venues that require an integrated response and/or have an impact on Sports Hub-wide policies.
5) Rostered duty as Crowd Safety Manager for events in the Singapore Sports Hub, Kallang Tennis Hub and Kallang Football Hub.
6) Perform other related tasks as directed by Dept Director and/or Reporting Manager

Security Operations
1) Assist the Security Manager in managing the site’s overall security operations and ensure necessary follow-up to ensure event’s requirements are communicated to the ground officers.
2) Monitor all ground security operations and ensure they are in accordance with policy or SOP requirements including event days.
3) Supervise incident response and management by Security Officers and report to Security management / authorities.
4) Assist the Security Manager to handle, investigate and report any incidents involving security operations and/or Security Officers.
5) Assist in any ad-hoc duties and tasks as assigned by the Dept Director and/or Security Manager.
