Job Description

This role reports to the Executive, assign to Soft Facilities Management (SFM) in Singapore Sports Hub. He / She shall attend to the daily operations of SFM services, which include

CleaningWaste ManagementPest ControlLandscapingFaçade Cleaning

RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage the 5 outsourced SFM service providers to ensure that the common area maintenance works are carried out in accordance to the contract requirements and planned preventive maintenance program.  Attend promptly to SFM related problems with emphasis on providing long term solutions.  Ensure all SFM PPM tasks are scheduled and completed in a timely manner in the TAM system.Conduct daily site inspections to check for facilities condition, chemical storage, irregularities, safety compliance, proper method statements etc.Conduct monthly cleaning services performance inspection for all venues.Provide administration support and prepare the FM reports, invoice verification, Minutes of Meeting, performance statistic reports, tonnage report, man-hours report, Safety Induction Course application etc.Check and ensure all document required by SFM service providers are submitted on time.Conduct invitation to quote for the sourcing and procurement of ad hoc / life cycle maintenance works.  Also, support the SFM contract tender/ renewal process.To administrate all finance related matters such as raising purchase requisition, raising service order and perform Good Receipt process in TAM System.To monitor the performance of services vendors, subcontractors etc for delivery of soft FM services and adjust maintenance plans when necessaryRender support and assistance to other venue for events management.Any other duties that required by the reporting executive / manager.

REQUIREMENTS

Diploma in Project and Facilities Management.At least 2 years of working experiences in Facilities Management related to Sports and Events.Proficient in Microsoft Office
