Responsibilities: * The Property Tax Consultant will conduct property tax assessments and valuations for company-owned properties * Prepare and file property tax returns and ensure timely payment of property taxes * Analyze and interpret property tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance * Develop and implement strategies to minimize property tax liabilities * Represent the company in property tax appeals and negotiations with tax authorities * Maintain accurate records of property tax payments and assessments * Collaborate with internal departments and external consultants to gather necessary information for tax filings * The Property Tax Consultant will provide advisory services on property tax matters to senior management * Monitor changes in property tax legislation and assess their impact on the company * Prepare reports and presentations on property tax matters for internal stakeholders
