**Description:**
You will be a Proposal Analyst for the Precision Fires Launchers Global Supply Chain Team\. Our team is responsible for leading proposal efforts, managing milestones, and negotiating contractual positions with the U\.S\. Government to ensure program execution success\.
**What You Will Be Doing**
As the Proposal Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and developing proposals to support program growth and success\. You will play a key role in our team's efforts to secure new business opportunities and maintain existing contracts\. Your responsibilities will include:
•Analyzing proposal requirements and developing responsive proposals
•Managing proposal milestones and deadlines
•Negotiating contractual positions with the U\.S\. Government
•Collaborating with cross\-functional teams to ensure proposal success
•Developing and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders and government customers

MUST BE A U\.S\. CITIZEN \- This position is located at a facility that requires special access\. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance\.
**Basic Qualifications:**
•Knowledge of the proposal process
•Previous experience in implementing change to improve processes
•Previous experience in preparing and delivering presentations
•Ability to travel
•Ability to obtain a U\.S\. Security Clearance
**Desired Skills:**
•Working knowledge of the procurement process
•Ability to multi\-task
•Strong communication skills
•Comfort in working in a Team environment
•Working knowledge of SAP and/or P2P
**Security Clearance Statement:** This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration\.

**Ability to Work Remotely:** Part\-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility\. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process\.
**Work Schedules:** Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees\. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed\. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits\.
**Schedule for this Position:** 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
