Raytheon’s Analysis and Capture Excellence organization is looking for a Proposal Analyst/Coordinator to support proposal development, proposal production, and data management. The Analyst/Coordinator supports proposal meetings and reviews, manages proposal facilities and technology, coordinates proposal production, and ensures proposals comply with instructions in customer Requests For Proposal (RFP).
What You Will Do
Schedule use of proposal development centers (PDCs); work with Facilities, Security, and Digital Technology to ensure that PDCs can support proposal operationsManage proposal archives, collaboration tools, and repositoriesMaintain proposal management artifacts (e.g., proposal schedule, contact list, production checklist)Perform RFP “burst” or “shred” to support proposal outline and compliance matrixAttend and contribute to daily proposal stand-up meetingsManage the flow of proposal documents for intake, review, and productionVerify that proposals follow proposal preparation instructions for content and formatCoordinate final production of all proposal deliverables (hard copy and electronic), including assembly, book checks, packaging, and shippingSupport Production Team with desktop publishing tasks, as requiredTo support delivery of hard-copy proposals and management of Proposal War Room equipment, lift and move items weighing up to 30 pounds and transport them across worksite/between buildings, as necessaryPerform other tasks as assigned by the Capture and Proposal ManagersAs required by business needs, work extended hours, weekends, and holidaysAs required by business needs, travel to off-site locations (sometimes for up to 1-2 weeks) for up to 10% of the yearQualification You Must Have
Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 2 years of experience supporting program management, finance, supply chain, engineering, or business development projects and functionsExperience prioritizing and working multiple tasks under deadlineActive and transferable U.S. government issued TS/SCI security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearanceQualifications We Prefer

The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
