Lockheed Martin Rotary & Mission Systems is seeking a full-time early career Proposal Analyst associate. In this role, you will perform one or multiple financial activities which may include:
• Interface with program and capture management to coordinate all aspects of cost proposals.
• Review and interpret request for proposal (RFP) requirements
• Compile and review basis of estimates (BOEs) from all functional areas for accuracy
• Price labor, material, travel, and other costs according to established procedures
• Prepare and present proposal cost information to various levels of leadership
• Analyze financial information and prepare proposal submission artifacts
Position will be a hybrid onsite / telecommuting position in Orlando, FL
This position is a part of the Early Career Development Program (ECDP) within the Finance and Business Operations (F&BO) function. The program is approximately 2.5 to 3 years in duration (may vary based on employee’s start date), and typically consists of a standardized training curriculum, various learning and networking opportunities and formal mentorship, all of which are designed to provide a broad background in various facets of F&BO at Lockheed.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree from an accredited college in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting
• Sound analytical skills with attention to detail and reporting accuracy
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Desired Skills:
• Previous work experience
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly MS Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, and charts)
• Strong communication skills
• Self Starter

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
