You will be the Proposal Analyst Senior Staff, leading complex and high-visibility proposal efforts and business cases across the Lower Tier Integrated Air & Missile Defense (LTIAMD) portfolio. What You Will Be Doing
As the Proposal Analyst Senior Staff, you will be responsible for driving bid and negotiation strategies, leading proposal efforts, and mentoring teammates in proposal processes and regulatory requirements.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Leading complex and high-visibility proposal efforts and business cases across the LTIAMD portfolio
• Driving bid and negotiation strategies to achieve business objectives
• Interfacing with Program Executive Leadership through EPPs and proposal discussions
• Engaging with external customers through fact-finding, audits, and negotiations
• Mentoring teammates in proposal processes, including FAR and DFARS requirements
• Developing and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders and external customers to support proposal efforts
• Staying up-to-date on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to inform proposal strategies

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN -The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance.
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience leading major production program proposals with various hardware plot points
- In depth knowledge of FAR, DFARS, Estimating Desk References , and Rate Structures
- Experience being primary Estimating interface for customer negotiations and DCAA audits
- Primary Estimating focal point for strategy and EPP discussions with Executive Leadership
- Strong cross functional collaboration skills
- Established capability with Estimating systems as well as advanced Excel concepts (Pivot Tables, VLookups, SumIfs, etc.)
- Strong, clear communication skills to influence decision making and stakeholder buy-in
Desired Skills:
- Previous experience with Business Cases and Cost Modeling
- Experience with Foreign Military Sales (FMS), Direct Commercial Sales (DCS), and other non-standard types of proposals
- Experience mentoring new team members

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
