Job Description

We need a multi-faceted individual who is personable and confident, able to think on their feet and grasp new concepts quickly. The ideal candidate is a 'people person' with great written and verbal communication skills, and experience in people-facing roles. Experience in the construction industry is a massive plus but not a requirement.

ResponsibilitiesDraft and create proposals for clientsFollow-up on warm leads for proposals Coordinate quarterly employee appreciation events and the annual year-end party.Manage time and personal organization effectively, shifting priorities under pressure while maintaining routine follow-through on deadlines and commitments.Schedule appointments and manage calendar events.Plan and cater for office events and team gatherings.Demonstrate a strong command of the English language, including good spelling, grammar, formatting, and the ability to proofread and perform basic math.Utilize intermediate hands-on experience with Word and Excel, including the use of simple formulas.Provide administrative support and data entry using programs like Salesforce and LinkedIn.Essential Skills5+ years of prior corporate office experience.Expertise in time management and personal organization.Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.Experience in calendar management and executive support.Strong event planning and coordination skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience within the Architecture, Engineering, or Construction fields is a plus.Intermediate computer skills, particularly with Word and Excel.Experience with Salesforce, LinkedIn, and similar programs is helpful.Outgoing and collaborative team player with a strong backbone.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.Work Environment

This role is in-office five days a week with no flexibility for remote work. Our office space is used to work together and collaborate effectively. The company is family-owned, offering room for growth and promotion. You will be supporting Fortune 100 and 500 companies.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $31.25 - $40.87
