We’re just built to be better. We are a great company. Come join us! We are seeking a **Proposal Coordinator** to join our Northeast Region. The position of Proposal Coordinator, as it relates to Atlas Technical Consultants, reports directly to the Vice President, Strategic Pursuits and Proposal Development. The Proposal Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Proposal Managers, Capture Managers, and client services managers (dedicated business developers and seller/doers) for proposal development. **Responsibilities include but are not limited to:** + Support proposal development for opportunities and respond to RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs from beginning to end using Microsoft Word and Adobe InDesign, following established procedures and using departmental tools to assign questions, track responses, and meet proposal requirements and schedules + Review the RFP/bid requirements against the proposal contents to ensure both compliance and responsiveness to the customer’s issues and needs + Proofread, edit, and format proposal narratives and elements + Prepare required proposal documents and forms + Coordinate prequalification responses + Continuously update and mechanize proposal content to reflect ongoing product enhancements + Support multiple proposals simultaneously, including analyzing requirements, editing team contributions, coordinating logistics, and complying with specifications and deadlines + Coordinate with external teaming partners + Support the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system database + Other reasonable and normal duties associated with the Proposal Coordinator position **Minimum Requirements:** + 2+ years of total work experience + Proposal-preparation experience + A/E/C industry experience preferred + Project management, collaboration, and team-building skills + Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe InDesign and (ability to be trained in InDesign is acceptable) + Written and verbal communication skills + Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables + Ability to understand and correctly follow a variety of instructions **Benefits:** Atlas offers a comprehensive benefit program to meet the diverse needs of our employees.
