Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Independently manages the proposal development process throughout all stages from pre-RFP planning to final submission including but not limited to: RFP analysis & review, scheduling and facilitating proposal kick-off and development calls; gathering questions for the client; liaising with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs); and final productionEnsures strict adherence to RFP requirements and deadlinesDrives the development of proposal win themes and value propositionsProvides overall quality assurance including conforming to the Maxim Healthcare branding guidelinesManages multiple projects and uses effective project management tools such as proposal plans, schedules, outlines, and compliance matricesFacilitates post-submission requirements such as Discussion Items and Clarifications Helps to manage the grant writing processWorks collaboratively through the process, partnering with local office operations and clinical teams, business development teams, and other corporate partners including finance, contracts, HR and legal Establishes sustainable relationships with internal/external partners and clients Updates and maintains proposal tracking and information database(s) Participates in department meetings, initiatives, and/or projects Develops and continuously improves proposal processes and proposal library contentPerforms other duties as assigned/necessaryMinimum Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in English, Technical Writing, Business, Communications, Journalism, or three to five (3-5) years of equivalent related experience is requiredAt least three to five (3-5) years of proposal development experience, strongly preferredDemonstrated ability to write technical or creative prose; writing sample(s) required Proficiency creating formatted proposals in MS Word and using other tools to support content development, preferredPractical use of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Adobe is strongly preferredAbility to manage time, multi-task and excel in a deadline-oriented environment, preferredAbility to effectively elicit/provide information to and from appropriate individuals (including, but not limited to, supervisors, co-workers, clients) via strong communication skills is strongly preferredProficiency of the English language is required CRM experience, preferredProposal technology experience, preferredWage/ Salary Information:$81,600 - $90,000, with a $6,500 annual bonus potential Maxim Benefits:
