**Description:**
You will be the Proposal Management Staff for the Missiles and Fire Control \(MFC\) Proposal Operations team\. Our team supports strategic proposal efforts for precision engagement aerospace and defense systems, driving innovation for the U\.S\. and allied militaries\.
**What You Will Be Doing**
As a Proposal Management Staff member, you will manage complex proposal processes, collaborating with cross\-functional teams to deliver high\-quality, compliant proposals on time\. You will analyze solicitations, develop compliance matrices, and lead proposal teams to create compelling and accurate content\.
Your responsibilities will include:
•Collaborating with capture and proposal teams to develop high\-quality proposals
•Analyzing solicitation documents and developing compliance matrices and templates
•Leading daily coordination calls and managing proposal production processes
•Conducting quality control checks and reviewing written sections for accuracy and compliance
•Supporting special projects, event planning, and marketing materials preparation

**Basic Qualifications:**
Must have ability to obtain a DOD Secret Clearance
Must have experience in proposal development
Exceptional people skills to work in a dynamic service\-driven organization with superior listening, verbal and written communication skills
Strong knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office Suite \(Word, PowerPoint, Excel\)
Ability to work overtime often, and on occasion, with minimal advanced notice
Must be willing to travel as needed \(up to 25%\)
Accountable for deadlines
Well\-organized with strong attention to detail
Able to remain calm under pressure
Demonstrated success at multi\-tasking
**Desired Skills:**
Active Secret clearance
Experience as a proposal manager in a similar industry
Experience leading proposals greater than $50M for proposals containing technical and cost volumes
Experience leading proposal volumes and/or performing as a writer or coordinator on proposals
Experience working competitive proposals for US and foreign government and commercial pursuits
Cost volume development experience
Skills in BOE development
Understanding of Missiles and Fire Control products, lines of business, and processes
**Security Clearance Statement:** This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration\.

**Ability to Work Remotely:** Part\-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility\. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process\.
**Work Schedules:** Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees\. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed\. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits\.
**Schedule for this Position:** 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
