Job Title: Power Systems Proposal ManagerJob Description Our Power Systems division has decades of specialized technical experience, designing and building fully integrated and customized power system solutions that protect clients from unplanned outages, production downtime, and lost revenue. We tailor our low and medium voltage products to meet unique needs and specialize in complex, time-sensitive projects. We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Power Systems Proposal Manager to join our dynamic Power Systems team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our projects by crafting compelling technical proposals. Responsibilities + Write and manage technical proposals for power systems projects. + Collaborate with the engineering and project management teams to gather necessary information for proposals. + Ensure all proposals meet the technical requirements and standards of the client. + Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. + Utilize project management tools and software to track project progress. Essential Skills + Proven experience in the power systems or electrical engineering industry writing technical proposals and managing projects. + Proficiency in project management tools and software. + Strong technical writing skills. + Proficiency in InDesign. + Experience with RFQs and RFPs. + Strong understanding of power system equipment and related technologies. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. + Exceptional organizational and time management skills. Work Environment Work will be performed in an office environment, utilizing project management tools and software. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $250000.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
