[Job Description]
A local construction company is currently looking to add a skilled Marketing Proposal Manager to their team. An Ideal Prospect for this opportunity is someone who comes from an Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEP). This position requires someone with experience responding to RFPs and putting together various proposals and meeting proposal deadlines. ***A link or a copy of portfolio of proposals are required for submission***
Pay - $80k/yr. - $100k/yr.
Location - Spokane, WA (100% onsite; Monday - Friday)
Schedule - 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST (possible flexibility to accommodate 4x10s for the right individual)
[Responsibilities]
•\tCollaborate with the project management team to develop and submit high-quality proposals.
•\tManage the proposal development process from initial concept to final submission, ensuring all deadlines are met.
•\tConduct research and gather information to support proposal content.
•\tWrite, edit, and format proposal documents to ensure clarity, coherence, and compliance with client requirements.
•\tCoordinate with various departments to obtain necessary information and approvals.
•\tTrack and report on proposal status and outcomes.
•\tDevelop and manage advertising campaigns to promote company services and projects.
•\tCreate and schedule engaging social media content to increase brand awareness and engagement.
•\tMonitor social media channels and respond to inquiries and comments in a timely manner.
•\tAnalyze and report on the effectiveness of advertising and social media efforts.
[Qualification Requirements]
•\t3+ years of experience with Proposal Management.
•\tHigh preference for someone who comes from AEC industry (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction).
•\tAdvertising Coordination.
•\tStrong writing and editing experience.
•\tExperience with Adobe, Microsoft, and InDesign Software
•\tProven experience responding to RFPs and putting together various AEC proposals.
•\tBachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
•\tComfortability to submit to a Drug Test that includes testing for THC (6-panel).
•\t***Ability to provide a portfolio of past proposal work for the hiring team to review.***

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $100000.00/yr.
