The Proposal Manager will manage the proposal development process, from initial request for proposal (RFP) receipt to final submission. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent project management skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Job Description:
Lead and manage the proposal development process, ensuring timely and high-quality submissions.
Analyze RFP requirements and develop a comprehensive proposal plan.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather necessary information and content.
Write, edit, and format proposal content to ensure clarity, compliance, and persuasiveness.
Review and revise proposals to ensure accuracy and alignment with client requirements.
Maintain a proposal library and repository of standard content and templates.
Track and report on proposal status, metrics, and outcomes.
Conduct post-submission debriefs and implement improvements for future proposals.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in proposal management or a similar role.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Specific industry experience in managing proposals for third-party labor services.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and proposal management software.
Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
