Credence seeks a highly motivated, hands-on, detail-oriented T4NG2 Veterans Affairs (VA) - Proposal Manager who has proven proposal management and writing expertise in support of IT solution-based proposals within the Federal sector. We are looking forward to establishing a growing a solid team to support the T4NG2 and Veterans Affairs.  The successful candidates should be experienced and comfortable with taking lead on the proposal team processes and facilitate collaboration and support personnel for solution storyboarding, proposal development, writing, coordination, and production activities and any/all parts of the VA proposal development process as needed, including copy editing, word processing, producing outlines in templates, managing reviews, etc.

The responsibility of the T4NG2 Veterans Affairs Proposal Manager is to lead proposal team processes and facilitate SME collaboration and support personnel for solution storyboarding, proposal development, writing, coordination, and production activities.

Education, Requirements and Qualifications

Candidates must possess the following skills and experience: 

U.S. citizenship required.Five to seven (5-7+) years working in the VA proposal environments with experience in proposal management, writing, and facilitation of solution-based responses working with and guiding technical SMEs to storyboard and develop solutions.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in applicable field.Experience managing and writing small to large-scale strategic proposals to primarily Federal and VA government agencies, both independently (completing all elements to include storyboarding, facilitation of SME solution development, copy editing, word processing, template formatting, etc.) and as part of a proposal team (managing technical writers, book bosses, etc.).Ability to lead or assist SMEs in the technical approach storyboarding, solutioning and writing processes, making sure a solution coincides with the win themes, solution strengths, customer challenges, and market research.Accomplished writer with in-depth experience creating proposal related documents, i.e., compliance matrixes, win theme/strength/capability matrices, proposal outlines, schedules, proposal related questions, storyboards, color review documents, final proposal documents, and oral presentation materials.Superior communication and facilitation skills, with the proven ability to communicate to and manage deliverables from a diverse team of subcontractor and internal technical and management personnel.Experience to help write and edit technical approach volumes, ideally for technology-based proposals.Ideally have experience writing various proposal volumes, including management, staffing, past performance, QA/QC, and resume volumes.Demonstrated ability to develop and implement structured, repeatable proposal processes based on industry best practices. Knowledge of, or willingness to learn, Federal government proposal pricing development.Ability to manage quick turn-around task order responses for existing IDIQ contracts, with as little as a 7- or 10-day turnaround for deadlinesHighly detail-oriented with excellent writing skills and the ability to understand technology and solution-based concepts.Strong interpersonal skills.Strong understanding of Adobe PDF file manipulation and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Strong ability to work with and format Word and PowerPoint templates.    Working Conditions and Physical Requirements
