Lockheed Martin Space is seeking a full-time Proposal Analyst (Experienced but still a learner). In this role, you will work under limited supervision, to develop, plan, and schedule proposals in accordance with estimating policy, Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) & Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFARS) requirements. This candidate will also act as the estimating lead on proposals: compiling cost, schedule, & technical elements to develop proposals in accordance with Request for Proposal (RFP) specs. You will coordinate the collection and accumulation of cost, scheduling, and performance elements from functional departments then analyze historical data towards the development of cost models to support proposal efforts.
The successful candidate will process comprehensive written & oral communications skills to support proposal development activities: executive proposal reviews, fact-finding, negotiations, and interaction with audit agencies. Must be a US Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance.
Basic Qualifications:
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to develop solutions to a variety of problems of moderate complexity.
Desired Skills:
• Strong team member attitude.
• Works under general supervision.
• Ability to handle stress and work hours outside normal operations when needed.
• Prior experience with Cost Estimating in Pro Pricer development tool and writing Basis of Estimate (BOE).
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
