Your role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for the sales of products within Motion Business Area – Medium Voltage System Drives in line with the application strategy. Each day, you will achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets to ensure sustainable order growth, market share and customer satisfaction. You will also showcase your expertise by identifying and developing new sales opportunities. The work model for the role is: #LI-Hybrid You’ll be responsible for sales in Italy working with main customers in Industry ( Metals, Water, Power Generation). Main stakeholders are; Oems and System Integrators.You will be mainly accountable for: •Reading technical specifications and prepare proposal for customer needs•Build and manage the commercial relationship with all stakeholders, with a specific focus on orders volume, product and solutions mix and take care of Customer Satisfaction. •Ensuring efficient sales & marketing activities and communicates value proposition to customers in order to develop own sales plan. •Identifying and driving the development of new market opportunities in the designated market/area.
Qualifications for the role>3 -5 years experience in Proposal & Sales activitiesDegree in Engineering (Electrical, electromechanical)Good know how about Medium Voltage DrivesProven ability to develop and manage customer relationshipsKnowledge of Microsoft Office tools, Salesforce Ability to understand customer’s needBe a good team player
