We are seeking a talented and passionate creative proposal designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be a key player in the development of visually compelling and persuasive proposals that showcase the breadth of our consulting services and win new business. You will collaborate closely with subject matter experts, proposal managers, and business development professionals to transform complex information into engaging and easily digestible narratives.
Responsibilities
Visual Storytelling: Translate technical and complex concepts into visually engaging proposals, presentations, and other marketing materials.
Proposal Design and Production: Design and produce high-quality proposals, incorporating compelling visuals, infographics, charts, and layouts.
Ensure proposals adhere to brand guidelines while maintaining a creative and innovative approach.
Manage and optimize proposal templates for efficiency and consistency.
Collaboration: Work closely with proposal managers and subject matter experts to understand project requirements and develop tailored visual solutions.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance proposal effectiveness.
Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhere to tight deadlines, and prioritize tasks effectively.
Create and maintain organized project files and a repository of reusable templates and content, ensuring version control.
Innovation: Stay abreast of design trends and best practices in proposal development and visual communication.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in graphic design, with expertise in creating visually appealing client proposals and content within a management consulting or professional services firm.
Ability to create a positive user experience, smoothly onboard new users, and manage relationships on an ongoing basis.
Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle competing priorities, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate and present content to internal teams, external partners, and senior executives.
Willingness to travel for Armanino business and client engagements as needed.
Experience with document management systems is a plus.
Expertise in MS PowerPoint, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Canva, and other graphic design tools is a plus.
