Credence seeks a highly motivated, hands-on, detail-oriented professional who has proven proposal management and writing expertise for the Federal Government sector. Candidates should enjoy working both independently and in support of a dynamic proposal team for small- to large-scale proposals. The ideal candidate will have experience working on proposals that include technical/service approaches, management approaches, corporate experience/past performances, and resumes. The ideal candidate will be an initiative-taking employee who applies an intense focus on details; is able to effectively communicate and collaborate within a large, fast-paced team; and who aims to grow their proficiency leading Federal Government proposals.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed below Assist with proposal activities including outlining, copy editing, writing, reviewing, and managing the execution of proposal sections to include management approaches, resumes, and past performances/corporate experience.Analyze proposal documents such as requests for proposals (RFPs), requests for information (RFIs), and requests for quotations (RFQs) to provide input to proposal responses. Contribute to the production of timely, compliant, and compelling written products for submission to the Federal GovernmentCommunicate and coordinate with internal team members.Multi-task on assignments in support of the larger Proposal/Capture team, to include proposals development, proposal pricing, and marketing and social media efforts.Work with Solutions Managers, Subcontractors, Internal Subject Matter Experts, Recruiters, and other members of the Proposal/Capture Team Education, Requirements and Qualifications US Citizen with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degreeWe are looking for a range of experience levels, from recent graduates with professional internship experience, to professionals with 1-3 years of experience in the workforce, either in a related or unrelated fieldUS Citizen with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
