We are looking for a Proposals Engineer to join our team at Amaris Consulting. This is an opportunity for individuals with 1-3 years of experience who are seeking a challenging role in a dynamic environment. The position is based in Lille, France.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and proposing tailored technical solutions. Prepare and present commercial and technical proposals, highlighting the benefits and features of our products. Collaborate closely with internal technical teams to ensure the relevance of proposals to clients. Actively participate in the tendering process by developing competitive bids and addressing specific client requirements. Regularly track sales opportunities, maintaining open communication with clients and identifying new sales opportunities. Contribute to the development of sales and marketing strategies by proposing initiatives to increase the visibility of our products in the market.

This role will require you to be proactive, innovative while maintaining high standards for accuracy and efficiency. You will have the chance to work closely with various departments within our organization which offers great learning opportunities.

 

About You

The ideal candidate for this position should possess strong analytical skills along with excellent communication abilities. A background in Engineering combined with your ability to understand complex business processes will make you successful in this role.

Degree in Engineering or equivalent with 1 to 3 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in the engineering sector. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and French. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines. Strong analytical skills to understand client needs and develop appropriate solutions. Good knowledge of the latest technologies and industrial trends. Ability to work effectively both independently and in a multidisciplinary team.
