Job Responsibilities   

Proposal Strategy Development: Develop a strategic approach for each proposal, including win themes, value proposition, and competitive differentiation strategies. 

Proposal Management: Lead the end-to-end proposal process, including kick-off meetings, timeline development, content editing, review coordination, and facilitate after action planning as needed. 

Content Review: Coordinate content reviews with internal stakeholders managing feedback and revisions to ensure accuracy, completeness and compliance with proposal requirements. 

Knowledge Base Management: Maintain a library of reusable content, templates, and best practices to streamline the proposal development process and improve content quality and consistency over time.

Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including subject matter experts, graphic designers and legal advisors, to gather necessary information and resources for proposal development.

Deadline Management: Coordinate content development activities to meet proposal deadlines, proactively identifying potential bottlenecks or delays and implementing solutions to keep the process on track.

Performance Tracking: Maintain documentation of proposal activities, track key performance metrics, and analyze outcomes to identify areas for improvement.

   

Requirements   

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, English, or related field (or equivalent work experience)

Minimum 2 years of proven experience in proposal management, business development, or sales support roles.

Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a keen eye for detail and commitment to producing error-free deliverables. 

Strong project management abilities, including the ability to prioritize task, manage deadlines, and coordinate cross-functional teams.

Ability to produce accurate, compliant, and compelling work independently, and with others. 

Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work under tight deadlines.

Proficiency with proposal management software/tools (e.g. PandaDoc, Loopio, Proposify) is a plus

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
