Proposition Development Associate – Health & Benefits

What can you expect:

Working within our Proposition Development team, your primary responsibility will be to work closely with global, regional, and local commercial teams in the proposition development and enablement of Benefits You App (BYA), MMB’s leading health and wellbeing app.

As a Proposition Development Associate, you will be responsible for developing and delivering innovative benefit and wellbeing propositions through the Benefits You App in countries around the world. You will play a key role in shaping the digital health strategy and growth of MMB’s wellbeing offerings. This position requires an understanding of employee benefits, trends in digital health, market research, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling propositions.

Our Digital Growth strategy is designed to empower the Mercer Marsh Benefits (MMB) countries around the world to sell, deliver and service leading technology solutions helping MMB build the most complete, integrated holistic proposition in the employee health and benefits space.

You will have a genuinely unique opportunity to impact the overall growth and success of Benefits You App, working with senior leadership across MMB to take the app from start up to scale up and beyond!

We will count on you to:

Develop health and wellbeing consumer solutions deployed across multiple markets globally, ensuring alignment with MMB’s overall objectives and market demands.

Work with local MMB country and regional leadership to build a Value Proposition and Solution Set that makes BYA a unique proposition in the local country incorporating their existing services.

Drive growth and new proposition definitions across existing MMB BYA markets; working with the local MMB country leadership to identify opportunities to build a new/ improved value Proposition and Solution Set.

Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging digital health and benefit trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including product development, operations, and technology teams, to design and deliver BYA propositions.

Sales & Marketing: Communicate new product features to end markets/users in an innovative, exciting manner

Manage client pipeline, country success metrics and KPIs, and develop best practice data analytics and insights reporting for internal and external stakeholders.

Monitor and evaluate the performance of BYA features and functionality, using data-driven insights to optimize and enhance our product roadmap

What you need to have: 

Proven experience in proposition management, product development, project management, or a related role, preferably in the workforce health & benefits industry  

Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey and translate technical terms to relevant business teams.

Diligence, drive and the ability to work with high levels of autonomy

A keen commercial acumen, with an understanding of digital health and/or employee benefits, with prior experience working in technology a plus

Ability to work with leadership & working to a revenue based sales target

Experience of working with Clients and/or local countries across the world

Internal and External stakeholder management will be critical especially in times of tension

An entrepreneurial flair bringing energy, drive and passion to your work, even under pressure
