Principal Responsibilities
Lead/support the design and development of the GPB proposition for HNW clients with consideration to competitiveness, commercial value and evolution up the wealth continuum from Premier/Premier Elite. This includes on wealth retail products and services, beyond banking privileges, and elevated service standards across multiple channelsOwn communication and contact strategy, and define optimal use of delivery channels to communicate with clients and prospect and defining client journeys to communication proposition, and also influence specific behaviours cross segments of clients (e.g. new fund-in)Work closely with analytics, marketing, and market teams for growth opportunities and enhancement roadmap for target segments to improve portfolio quality and client engagementTogether with market teams, define the appropriate coverage model across the HNW continuum with consideration to cost to serveWork in collaboration with Client Experience, COO, other relevant stakeholders for process improvements and/or resolving client pain points identified via client insights and feedbackManage and facilitate management updates on proposition development and KPIs on regular basis, and also new insights and support required for ongoing enhancementsPlan and coordination of day-to-day activities of running critical projects for proposition development, and specific campaigns
