Job Description:
Intermountain Foundation oversees fundraising for the Intermountain Healthcare system of hospital facilities and initiatives. The Prospect Development Analyst 2 assumes a leading role to support database hygiene and moves management needs for Foundation Major Gifts, Associate Gifts, Corporations & Foundations, and Planned Giving, and Campaign fundraising efforts.The Prospect Management & Research (PM&R) Team is a collaborative group of data-driven individuals, working in a multi-region hybrid environment. We are looking to add a team member who is motivated, positive, flexible, curious, and comfortable working in a rapidly changing organization.
Position Details:
The Prospect Development Analyst assists in the identification, research, and analysis of donors and prospects. The Analyst regularly interfaces with a wide varied of customers among the Foundation Major Gifts Team at the Foundation’s central office and at local facilities system-wide. Working collaboratively and independently, the Analyst will provide excellent, reliable, and dependable customer service in support of Foundation initiatives. The incumbent may be hired on at a Level I or Level II, depending on experience.
This is a hybrid position. Incumbent will work Monday-Friday during regular business hours.

Prospect Development Analyst I Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution plus two-plus years of prospect development experience with demonstrated achievement OR Five years of prospect development experienceAdvanced writing skills that produce clear, accurate, and detailed reports.Excellent organization skills. Ability to analyze, synthesize, and communicate data, trends, and sensitive data.Working understanding of privacy and confidentiality best practices and HIPAA compliance. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately and with discretion.Functional working experience with Blackbaud’s Raiser’s Edge or similar fundraising database.Strong project and planning skills that demonstrate detail orientation, timeliness, and ability to work under pressure while managing multiple projects at once.Ability to work independently with little supervision while balancing need to provide key data and updates to primary customers and leadership.Ability to communicate with a variety of audiences on key findings, trends, best practices, and workflow processes.A sense of humor and a spirit of proactive collaboration.Prospect Development Analyst II Minimum Requirements:
