GENERAL OVERVIEW:
This job plays an integral role in the Office of Developments: (1) strategic planning, goal setting, and pipeline forecasting; (2) prospect and donor management strategies that streamline and expedite the donor engagement process and major gift cycle, as well as facilitating moves management and maintaining thorough records in the CRM database. (3) The prospect research manager is critical and instrumental in the oversight and management of the entire prospect research department by facilitating reporting, evaluative metrics, comprehensive donor and prospect profiles, as well as identifying and matching key prospects to priority fundraising efforts for transformational giving to AHN.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum
5 years with a constituent database, in an advancement or development operation 5 years in a complex organization within the healthcare, higher education, and/or nonprofit sectors 5 years with prospect research and prospect management functions
