Key Responsibilities:

Research and analyze wealth screening data to identify and evaluate prospective donorsServe as the donor database subject matter expert, ensuring data integrity and managing Moves Management processesPrepare detailed profiles and strategic briefings on prospects for the development teamMap relationships between donors and prospects to build a major gifts pipelineDevelop metrics and reports to analyze prospect portfolio performanceProcess gift entries and maintain accurate donor records in the databaseCreate and distribute revenue reports and reconciliation documentsManage online giving platforms and maintain deposit logsFacilitate donor correspondence, including gift acknowledgments and pledge remindersUse data analytics to identify giving trends, gaps, and opportunitiesPerform routine data audits and updates to ensure accuracyProvide reports for various stakeholders, including leadership and finance departmentSupport the Moves Management program and employee giving initiativesAssist with mailing lists, event support, and maintaining fundraising materials

Education and/or Experience Qualifications:

Minimum of three years of professional experience in prospect research, development, or related fieldBachelor's degree preferred; Associates degree with three years of database management and/or prospect research will be consideredPrevious database management experience, preferably in a philanthropic or nonprofit setting

Additional Qualifications:

Must be at least 21 years of ageCurrent driver's license, acceptable driving record, and current auto insurance requiredStrong customer service orientation and exceptional attention to detailProficiency in donor database management and wealth screening research toolsExperience using Raiser's Edge preferredExcellent data management, reporting, and analytical skillsStrong organizational and project management abilitiesKnowledge of fundraising principles and practicesAbility to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretionExceptional computer skills and proficiency in data analysis toolsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a team environmentSuccessful completion of background check required
