As a Prospect Researcher, your main responsibilities will include: • Conducting research to identify potential donors for our organization • Creating detailed prospect profiles and conducting wealth screenings using our CRM and iWave database • Compiling and presenting data in comprehensive reports for the use of senior leadership • Assisting in the development and execution of our fundraising strategy in collaboration with our Director of Advancement and Executive Director • Identifying potential grants each month that could help expand our grants portfolio • Ensuring the integrity and accuracy of our donor database by removing duplicates and updating records as required • Assisting in the transition from our current CRM to a new CRM platform • Helping to segment our donor population for more effective stewardship • Seeking out prospective donors for major and leadership gift levels. AP Requirements • Proficiency in CRM software, particularly with iWave • Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suites • Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook for managing daily communications • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal • Experience or familiarity with donor databases • Prior experience in donor management and cultivation strategies • Ability to conduct and apply legal research • Understanding of the non-profit sector and its unique needs • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
