Learn more at HonorHealth.com. Responsibilities Job Summary Provides personal consultations for breast prosthesis, mastectomy bra fittings and cranial prosthesis. Provides customer assistance with sell through of boutique items including headwear, skincare and all related products. Assists in maintaining proper stock levels, patient scheduling and boutique coverage as needed. Advises and educates patients with current products to fit needs in the area of breast prosthesis, mastectomy bras and cranial prosthesis. Completes required patient documentation with appropriate medical terminology. Offers suggestions of boutique merchandise to complement and enhance the appearance of the patient. Interpret patient DME benefits and advise patient on covered and non-covered items. Guides patients through the available services within the Virginia G. Piper Cancer Network Demonstrates accuracy in all aspects of Point of Sale system including ringing transactions and daily register reconciliation. Participates in annual physical inventory. Responsible for Special Order process for all patients from initial order through completion Responsible for verifying incoming products and tracking back ordered items. Verify invoices/packing slips for payment and forward with authorization to pay. Participates in PR and Marketing strategies to promote and enhance awareness and knowledge of Tina’s Treasures to the community. Participates in education programs to stay current on prosthetic products and techniques, maintains necessary certification and advanced training Qualifications Education High School Diploma or GED Required Licenses and Certifications ABC Certified Fitter-mastectomy (CFm) within 6 months of employment Required
