Life as an RD Co-op:
The RD Co-op program provides each student with real-life hands-on experience, coaching and mentoring, networking opportunities, as well as the opportunity to meet people from various schools throughout the country. Each Co-op will be assigned to a single function with a specific project for the6-month term.
The typical Co-op term is from May 2025 – December 2025
This COOP offers a phenomenal opportunity to contribute to and learn about biologics process development Your work with project teams will help develop the harvest step and downstream purification for antibody therapies moving towards clinical production. You'll help identify key problems across programs. You and your mentor will design, implement and interpret experiments to establish foundational understanding. Finally, we'll share what you learn internally and even beyond as you help move forward biologics production.

Enrolled in an undergraduate or masters degree program in chemical engineering, bioengineering, or related disciplineComfortable with undergraduate-level mass transfer and/or reaction modelingUniversity-level laboratory skills (pipetting, making solutions, analyzing data, etc.)Collaborative problem solvingExcellent interpersonal skills with adaptability to rapid changes in project priorities and requirementsAvailability to work on site in the Malvern, Pennsylvania campus for 6 months starting MayCandidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S and must not require sponsorship for employment visa statusPreferred:
