Job Title: Prototype Build Engineer - AssociateJob Description
The Prototype Build Engineer will be responsible for managing all prototype build activities, including developing and communicating build plans based on vehicle specifications, test plans, and program timing. This role involves leading multiple teams to ensure all program deliverables are met and resolving any issues affecting build quality, engineering design, manufacturing process, and timing.
Responsibilities

+ Develop and communicate build plans based on vehicle specifications, test plans, and program timing.
+ Lead multiple teams to ensure all program deliverables are met.
+ Resolve any issues affecting build quality, engineering design, manufacturing process, and timing.
Essential Skills
+ Basic vehicle build process knowledge.
+ Basic knowledge of CATIA V5 and/or NX.
+ Strong leadership and communication skills.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
+ Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering.
+ 0-3 years of experience.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Comfortable with preparing presentations and presenting to all levels of the organization.
Work Environment
This position requires 100% onsite work at CTC with local travel only.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $37.06 - $37.06/hr.
