Provider Contract Coordinator - McLeod Physician Associates

Founded in 1906, McLeod Health is a locally owned and managed, not for profit organization supported by the strength of more than 900 members on its medical staff and more than 2,900 licensed nurses. McLeod Health is also composed of approximately 15,000 team members and more than 90 physician practices throughout its 18-county service area. With seven hospitals, McLeod Health operates three Health and Fitness Centers, a Sports Medicine and Outpatient Rehabilitation Center, Hospice and Home Health Services. The system currently has 988 licensed beds, including Hospice and Behavioral Health. The hospitals within McLeod Health include: McLeod Regional Medical Center, McLeod Health Dillon, McLeod Health Loris, McLeod Health Seacoast, McLeod Health Cheraw, McLeod Health Clarendon and McLeod Behavioral Health.  

 

Maintains a professional image and exhibits excellent customer relations to patients, visitors, physicians, and co-workers in accordance with our Service Excellence Standards and Core Values.  Provides provider contract support for 250+ providers across the organization. Manages all provider reimbursements (licenses, membership dues, CME, travel, items purchased for office), which includes review of supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness. Manages revenue-expense bonus payments for impacted providers, which includes review of payroll and previous compensation to account for any previous pay-outs. Manages wRVU bonus payment for impacted providers, which includes review of wRVU calculations from AVP/VP, prior bonus payouts, cell phone reimbursements, and prior year overpayments to determine accurate amount of bonus to be paid. Processes all sign on bonus and relocation payments for new providers. Manages immigration paperwork for applicable physicians. Review and process all locums’ invoices. Review and process provider CME and travel requests. Create, update, and maintain a database of 250+ MPA physician contracts to include base salary, bonus potential and methodology, start and end date, type of renewal, CME/dues/journals or other allowances, Medical Director fees, on-call pay, relocation assistance, sign on bonus, education assistance, PTO, and other components if needed.

 

Job Requirements

Qualifications /Training:

5+ years of administrative experience required.

Licenses/Certifications/Registrations/Education:

High School Diploma/GED required
