Position Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Provider Development Director (Account Executive) to support our infusion centers in Tacoma and Washington regions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing provider relationships and developing referrals with physicians, particularly in the fields of oncology, hematology, gastroenterology, and rheumatology. This home-based position offers up to 60% travel throughout the territory.
Key Responsibilities:
Relationship Management: Develop and manage relationships with high-volume physician practices, focusing on those specializing in oncology, hematology, gastroenterology, and rheumatology. Educate physicians and their staff about Infusion For Health’s services and support them in referring patients.Referral Development: Identify top provider targets, execute strategic engagement activities, and establish strong referral relationships. Monitor practice performance and implement strategies to increase referral volume.Collaboration: Partner with Infusion For Health’s care coordinators, marketing team, and care success managers to continuously improve patient and provider engagement. Work with pharmaceutical representatives, local health plans, IPAs, and health systems to enhance service delivery.Community Engagement: Assist in community outreach programs to grow brand awareness in the local market. Provide feedback to marketing and operational teams to improve patient and provider engagement.Sales Planning: Develop, execute, and report on sales development plans, including key performance metrics, resource requirements, and investment needs. Meet and exceed quotas and goals set by management.Best Practices: Identify and document best practices, and collaborate with teammates to share and implement these practices across the organization.Qualifications:
Proven experience in managing provider relationships and developing referrals in oncology, hematology, gastroenterology, and/or rheumatology.Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in the healthcare or health services industry.Strong presentation skills and experience working with physicians' offices.Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, finance, or a related field.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong analytical and organizational abilities.Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding quotas and goals.Ability to work collaboratively and independently, with minimal direction.Proficiency in maintaining accurate records of all activity for reporting purposes.Compensation:
Base Salary: $85,000, depending on experience, expertise, and geographic location.Incentive Plan: Uncapped incentive plan with an annual target of $50,000.Total Compensation Package: Includes an annual cash bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.Why Join Us?

The pay range for this role is expected to be $85,000 annually. Additionally, the role is eligible to participate in an incentive plan with an annual target of $50,000. Actual base pay could vary based on factors including but not limited to experience, subject matter expertise, geographic location where work will be performed, and the applicant's skill set. The base pay is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include an annual cash bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
