Responsibilities

Essential Responsibilities/Job Duties

The Provider Enrollment Manager will assist the Company's Legal Department by compiling, submitting and tracking Medicare, Medicaid and private payer provider applications as well as re-validations and re-credentialing applications.  In addition, the Provider Enrollment Manager may be asked to work with the Licensing Department to complete facility licensure applicationsAbility to work with people across multiple disciplines to obtain information needed to compile and submit complete and accurate provider applications and renewalsCoordinate and maintain a tracking system for provider contracts and re-validation, re-credentialing and enrollment applications and correspondenceRevalidate and re-certify business via applicationM&A integration, work with seller to ensure correct entity enrollment and to prevent lapse in billingAnswer field questions about ownership surveys/legal entities/sanctionsSupervises the provider enrollment specialistAdherence to Company and governmental guidelines with respect to confidential and protected health information.Other duties as assigned Qualifications General Education Diploma or High School Diploma requiredBachelors degree preferredTwp plus years of experience requiredFamiliarity with government regulations and legal researchKnowledge of the Medicaid and Medicare programs About our Line of Business BrightSpring Health Services provides complementary and integrated home- and community-based pharmacy and health solutions for complex populations in need of specialized and/or chronic care.
