Provider Liaison Director

Infusion For Health, headquartered in Brea, California, is a private-equity-backed healthcare provider expanding throughout California, Arizona, Washington, Colorado, Nevada, and Missouri. At Infusion For Health we are focused exclusively on infusion therapies for chronic conditions, such as multiple sclerosis, inflammatory bowel disease, lupus, and others. 

As we continue to expand, we are seeking a dynamic Provider Liaison Director to lead our team of Inside Sales Representatives and drive strategic growth in our provider engagement and referral networks.

Role Summary:


The Provider Liaison Director will oversee and manage a team of Inside sales representatives responsible for building and strengthening relationships with referring physicians and healthcare providers. This role is pivotal in ensuring alignment with Infusion For Health’s goals, fostering a high-performing team culture, and driving the expansion of our referral networks.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of sales representatives to achieve referral and engagement targets.Create and implement training programs to enhance team skills and performance.Foster a collaborative, goal-oriented, and high-performing team environment.Design and execute strategic plans to grow and strengthen referral networks in existing and new markets.Identify growth opportunities and set measurable performance goals for the team.Support the team in developing new referral partnerships and nurturing existing relationships.Monitor and analyze referral metrics to evaluate team and program effectiveness.Prepare and present team performance reports and growth forecasts to senior leadership.Partner with Marketing, Operations, and Care Coordination teams to optimize outreach and engagement strategies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Marketing, or a related field.At least 5 years of experience in healthcare provider relations, sales, or marketing.At least 2 years managing and developing high-performing teams.Strong understanding of healthcare referral patterns and provider networks.
