Description We are in the search for a Provider Relations Coordinator to join our team in the Medical Devices industry, based in Maumee, Ohio. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity where you will be tasked with managing customer applications, maintaining accurate customer records, and resolving customer inquiries. Key responsibilities: • Utilize skills in Assertion Markup Language and Content Management System (CMS) to manage and update customer data. • Oversee the Database and EO/IR systems to ensure they are functioning optimally and are updated as necessary. • Handle customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner, using your experience in Call Center Customer Service. • Use your knowledge of Epic Software to manage customer accounts and take appropriate actions when needed. • Conduct regular audits, leveraging your Auditing skills to ensure all customer information is accurate and up-to-date. • Use your understanding of Coding to process customer applications accurately. • Negotiate contracts using your skills in Contracting to ensure the best outcome for the company. • Manage and coordinate with ancillary services to ensure customer needs are met.
