Provider Relations Coordinator
Description We are in the search for a Provider Relations Coordinator to join our team in the Medical Devices industry, based in Maumee, Ohio. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity where you will be tasked with managing customer applications, maintaining accurate customer records, and resolving customer inquiries. Key responsibilities: • Utilize skills in Assertion Markup Language and Content Management System (CMS) to manage and update customer data. • Oversee the Database and EO/IR systems to ensure they are functioning optimally and are updated as necessary. • Handle customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner, using your experience in Call Center Customer Service. • Use your knowledge of Epic Software to manage customer accounts and take appropriate actions when needed. • Conduct regular audits, leveraging your Auditing skills to ensure all customer information is accurate and up-to-date. • Use your understanding of Coding to process customer applications accurately. • Negotiate contracts using your skills in Contracting to ensure the best outcome for the company. • Manage and coordinate with ancillary services to ensure customer needs are met. Requirements • Proficient in Assertion Markup Language • Practical experience with Content Management System (CMS) • Familiarity with database management • Comprehensive understanding of EO/IR systems • Proficient in using Epic Software • Knowledge of Ancillary services within the medical devices industry • Experience in auditing, particularly in a medical devices context • Prior experience in a call center or customer service role • Familiarity with medical coding practices • Understanding of contracting within the healthcare industry Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
