ResponsibilitiesResponsible for managing all aspects of the business relationship with the provider/customer. Ensures that all appropriate resources are available and utilized effectively/efficiently to maximize provider satisfaction and downstream member satisfaction. Assists other departments such as Revenue Management, Quality Improvement, and Contracting in activities such as, but not limited to, collecting member records for audit and conducting Social Adult Day Care site visits. Provide the same level of timely and accurate service to internal customers that rely on the work performed by Provider Relations.
