Responsibilities
Provides primary recruitment support to include sourcing, identification and presentation of qualified Provider candidates to Medical Leadership. Advises Medical Group regarding HR employment policies and procedures. Consults with HR Management and Medical Leadership to determine and apply probable recruitment solutions to challenges affecting the medical group. Will be a resource to New Hire Providers during their first months of employment and serves as project leader for major provider recruitment initiatives/projects

Salary Range: $83,400 - $103,025 (Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.)
Qualifications
Education
Required: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or other related field.
Preferred: Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) certification; Association for Advancing Physician
and Provider Recruitment (AAPPR).
Experience
Required: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, sales, healthcare or related field.
Preferred: Provider recruitment; business development and/ or marketing experience.

Special Skills
Required: Ability to prepare and manipulate data using MS Office and/ or other technologies.
Preferred: Experience with an applicant tracking system (ATS).
Other
Required: Ability to interact, influence, partner and gain the acceptance of physician leadership.
Must possess and demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to handle provider issues
with tact and diplomacy.
Demonstrated ability to source provider candidates and present to medical leadership.
Must project professionally when representing the Clinic to outside entities.
