To be successful in this role, you will have:

A Master’s Degree in Audiology. Preferably a minimum of three years of experience. Fluent in English. Open mindset to embrace a new working culture (with your colleagues and your customers) Strong clinical standards to ensure excellent customer service following protocols and policies. Strong interpersonal communication skills and empathy for our customers.
