As a Provisional Therapist, you will work under the supervision of a licensed therapist or psychologist to provide essential mental health services to individuals, families, and couples. Location and Hours

Based in Mooresville Indiana, this position serves clients in various locations within the region. Hours are flexible, typically Monday–Friday during the day, with occasional evening responsibilities to meet client needs.

Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):

Direct Client Care:Provide individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based interventions under supervision.Conduct comprehensive assessments and document diagnoses based on findings.Develop and update individualized treatment plans in alignment with client goals and regulatory standards.Collaboration:Work with internal teams, community partners, and referral sources to ensure clients receive holistic and timely care.Participate in treatment planning and clinical staffing meetings.Documentation & Compliance:Document all services provided, ensuring accuracy and adherence to agency standards and timelines.Address and correct documentation deficiencies as needed.Crisis Intervention:Provide crisis intervention services, including emergency support, when required.Professional Development:Complete all required training and maintain compliance with state and agency regulations.Support clinical trainees and facilitate learning opportunities as experience allows.

Qualifications

Education & Licensure:Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.Active provisional license (LCSW-A, LMHC-A, or LMFT-A) required.Skills & Competencies:Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities.Strong organizational and documentation skills.Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.Preferred Experience:Experience providing therapy or case management in a behavioral health setting.Familiarity with trauma-informed care and co-occurring disorders.

Employment Requirements:

Successful completion of background check including criminal record, driving record, abuse/neglect and fingerprint check.

Completion of New Hire Orientation at the beginning of employment.

All training requirements including Relias at the beginning of employment and annually thereafter.

For school based services programs, must be able to provide services at the school site during school operating hours.

Physical Requirements:

ADA Consideration - Sedentary work:  Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally (exists up the 1/3 of the time) and/or a negligible amount of force frequently (exists 1/3 to 2/3 of the time) to lift, carry, push, or pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body.  Repetitive movements of hands, fingers, and arms for typing and/or writing during work shift.

Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time.  Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally, and all other sedentary criteria are met.
