Amentum has a future opening for a **Provisioner** with experience leading Army provisioning efforts to develop and maintain the provisioning data management for Army programs of record throughout their acquisition life cycles. This position will be filled at an Army program office located at **Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD** . _**This position is not immediately available. We are pipelining candidates for a potential future opening**_ **_** This position is eligible for a hybrid telework schedule and requires a minimum of 2 days of onsite work a week. This is not a remote position. **_** You are knowledgeable in the development and management of Provisioning Technical Documentation (PTD). You have a strong understanding of provisioning requirements and the associated processes and documentation that need to be developed. You're also a very organized person, capable of working well independently or as part of a team to accomplish a mission. Your focus on objectives and your knowledge of processed and requirements associated with developing accurate PTD for an Army weapon system ensures you have a strong approach to the development and management of provisioning documentation essential to the sustainment of weapon systems in the field. **Responsibilities:** + Support the development and management of the Provisioning Technical Documentation (PTD), to include Provisioning Parts List (PPL), Repair Parts Special Tools List (RPSTL), provisioning screening/reviewing Engineering Data for Provisioning (EDFP). + Participate in provisioning events including provisioning conferences, provisioning guidance conferences, logistics demonstrations, In-Process-Reviews (IPRs), and technical manual verifications, etc. + Manage provisioning data in databases of record to include Logistics Modernization Program (LMP), Army Enterprise System Integration Program (AESIP), Global Combat Support System – Army (GCSS-Army) using the Logistics Product Data Store (LPDS) process to effect updates. + Act as a provisioning subject matter expert in Integrated Product Teams including providing recommendations, and analyzing contract deliverables, engineering change proposals (ECPs), or other provided data in the form of PPLs, EDFP, RPSTLs, and can interpret output from Maintenance Allocation Charts (MACs) and the Level of Repair Analysis (LORA) to assess provisioning impacts or recommendations. + Reviews and analyzes contract provisioning Contract Deliverable Requirements List (CDRL) deliverables such as PPLs, EDFPs, and RPSTLs, and provides recommendations to the Government Task Lead on CDRL deliverables. + Supports the creation and updates to the PMR and the Material Master (MM), processes National Stock Number (NSN) requests, Supply Support Requests (SSRs), building a Build of Material (BOM) within LMP, and all provisioning coding and transaction processes. **Minimum Requirements:** + Bachelors degree, and at least 7 years of experience in provisioning or related field + Or High School Diploma/GED, and at least 11 years of overall work experience, of which 7 years of experience in provisioning or related field. + Experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. + Travel may be required up to 25% based on program needs. + Must have an Active Secret US Government Clearance. Note: US Citizenship is required to maintain a Secret Clearance. **Preferred Qualifications:** + Knowledge of the Logistics Modernization Program (LMP) + Knowledge of the Army Enterprise System Integration Program (AESIP) + Skilled use of SAE-GEIA-0007C in interpreting provisioning technical documentation. + Knowledge of Department of Defense (DoD) 4100.39m-Volume 1-13 (FLIS Volumes) + Knowledge of related regulations/standards: AR 700-82, AR 700-18, AR 708-1, AR 750-1, MIL-STD 40051-2B/C/D. + Knowledge of the Joint Electronics Designation System (JETDS) + Knowledge of PowerLog-J. + Knowledge of the Federal Logistics Information System (FLIS) + Knowledge of the H6 Cataloging Handbook, H4/H8. + Experience/Understanding of engineering drawings. + Understanding of Maintenance Allocation Charts (MAC) + Understanding of Level of Repair Analysis (LORA) + Understanding of Logistics Family Tree.
