THE WORK
The candidate will support the Provisioning and
Logistics Support team in the development of Provisioning Technical Documentation (PTD) across various government entities. The successful candidate will process information under the supervision of the Provisioning lead, assisting in the assignment and analysis of Source, Maintenance, and Recoverability Codes (SMR) used in the development of configuration hierarchal structured Provisioning Parts Lists (PPLs) and Design Change Notices (DCNs). Support in the analysis of engineering drawings to determine the final parts to be provisioned. The candidate will be required to research parts data to identify all contract required data elements for provisioned parts, using on-line reference databases (Haystack, etc.) and other automated and manual tools as necessary. The candidate will develop and load provisioning data utilizing the Interactive Computer Aided Provisioning System (ICAPS) and/or government requested Logistics Support Analysis (LSA) databases.

Basic Qualifications:
The candidate will possess an understanding and application of principles, concepts, practices, standards and working knowledge of industry and company practices for the development PTD across various government entities, including naval Aegis Weapon System (AWS), the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) Long Range Discrimination Radar, naval air C-130J, etc. The individual is required to collect and organize engineering information required for the preparation of provisioning documentation, while having a working knowledge of the ICAPS-CS, LSA software tools, etc.
Desired Skills:
The candidate will have the ability to review and analyze engineering drawings/parts lists. The candidate will have working knowledge of provisioning terms and government logistics concepts. It is desired the candidate will have working knowledge of provisioning deliverables: PPLs, DCNs, Special Tools and Test Equipment (S&TE), and Supplemental Data for Provisioning (SDFP). The candidate will be well versed and have hands on experience with the documentation requirements of MIL-STD-1552, MIL-STD-1388-2B, MIL-PRF-49506, and GEIA-STD 0007 Logistics Data Products. It is preferred the candidate be experienced with working knowledge in provisioning concepts supporting the logistics processes; provisioning data elements such as SMR codes, NIINs, CAGE codes, Production Lead Times, etc. It is highly regarded if the candidate has an understanding and working knowledge for the requirements needed in Logistics Product Data (LPD) development and Product Support Analysis (PSA) process.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
