PS HyperX Category Lead
This role is responsible for running HyperX Business and Product lifecycle management. As part of the role, the person would be responsible for end-to-end narrative on HyperX business and will overseeing team's daily operations, workflow, and budget management. The role also leads efforts to streamline processes and improve PSS efficiency through process enhancements, tools, and collaboration. Additionally, the role plays a key role in executing the long-term strategic direction for HyperX both regional and global levels, leading cross-functional global projects, offering product recommendations based on market insights, and staying updated on industry trends. **Responsibilities** Business Management: As a HyperX Business Management leader, you will be responsible for working with global and market teams to deliver business goals. This includes: + Defining business goals (revenue, growth, Margin, market share) on annual, quarterly and monthly basis + Work with markets to execute and drive the plan + Enable markets with tools, solutions for them to drive business results + Analyze market trends, tracking business performance and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful financial results Product lifecycle management and Product marketing approach: + Product Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for HyperX, including defining target market segments, product positioning, and feature prioritization based on market trends and customer needs + Product Development and Lifecycle Management: Oversee the end-to-end product development process, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful product launches. Manage the product lifecycle, including product updates, enhancements, and discontinuations + Market Analysis and Competitive Research: Competitive analysis to identify market opportunities, track industry trends, and stay informed about competitors' offerings. Use data and insights to inform product decisions and maintain a competitive edge + Pricing and Revenue Management: Set pricing strategies for HyperX products based on market dynamics, cost considerations, and competitive positioning. Monitor and optimize pricing to maximize revenue and profitability while ensuring value for customers + Go-to-Market and Sales Enablement: Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective go-to-market plans, including product positioning, messaging, and promotional activities. The base pay range for this role is $154,000.00 - $223,300.00 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only).
