Your Role:
Role Overview
As the Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and ensuring the achievement of annual objectives. You will be responsible for managing performance within your area of responsibility, implementing corrective actions as necessary, and focusing on both individual and team sales growth. Additionally, you will be involved in various projects, business planning, pricing, strategic target setting, and fostering the development of new products and applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Performance Management:
Manage and regularly report on performance within your area of responsibility.Take appropriate corrective actions to ensure the achievement of annual business objectives.Focus on individual as well as team/country sales growth.Seed new products and applications and drive competitive conversion using appropriate sales tools.
Business Planning and Development:
Set pricing strategies, strategic targets, and forecast accuracy.Work with team members and partners, support the development of plan in business territory (business, marketing, pricing etc.) with alignment of KR PS strategy, and execute tactic initiatives under the direction of manager.Analysis for strategic target and forecast accuracy.Propose annual business plans aligned with the overall strategy.Manage Global Strategic Accounts and establish future growth strategies.Contribute insights to the department's winning strategy development.Support marketing plan development, training programs, and on-site events to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.Manage and execute team, company, and customer-related projects under the direction of the manager.
Stakeholder Management:
Connect with stakeholders to communicate business information and decisions effectively.Improve collaboration and coordination with all stakeholders to enhance business efficiency.Develop customer-oriented projects and ensure consistent communications across functions.
Who You Are:
Bachelor's degreeMinimum 3 years of experience in a related field.Excellent English communication and presentation skills.Strategic thinking skills.Collaboration skills.Learning agility, mental agility, change agility, and result agility, along with self-awareness.Outgoing and able to build rapport with others.Proficient in MS office (Excel, Power Point)Market analysis, Sales analysis, project management skillsUnderstanding of bio-process, especially cell line, cell culture media and aseptic filters is preferred.
